We have established a proven track record in Strategic HR with a range of clients across public and private sectors, large and small. Our HR Training and Development programmes continue to embrace our methods of delivery; with high levels of interaction, challenge and a blended learning environment.
We have developed a series of HR-focused programmes ranging from our innovative new programme, IC² to the practical HR for Line Managers and the Refresher for Leaders.
Our Mock Tribunals are very different to the ones provided traditionally by the law firms.
They provide an experiential learning experience to fully embed the role of managers and leaders who need to be proactive in having the difficult conversation, completing accurate documentation, conducting investigations, note taking and embracing the HR policies and procedures that are in the business.
Each tribunal is designed using a ‘real’ company specific scenario and using the organisation’s policies and procedures.
The day(s) are facilitated by experienced HR professionals who themselves represent organisations at tribunal. The actual tribunals are run by an employment lawyer and are fun, thought provoking and provide results in changing managers actions.
Talent Development and Assessment
Bespoke Development/Assessment Centres have become embedded into the Strategic HR offering. Often undertaken prior to the design of the leadership programme, our team of experienced HR and Development associates work with the client to understand the objective for the Development Centre, including agreement on:
- The key measures and competencies
- The output and impact from the Development or Assessment Centre
A bespoke programme is then drafted and consulted on prior to each activity being fully completed.
