At GQBet, gambling should stay a leisure cost you decide on in advance. No strategy, system or longer session makes it profitable over time: the mathematical edge stays with the house. This page collects the control tools and the support you can reach for free.
The core rule: decide before, not during
Set your budget when you are not playing. An amount chosen after a run of losses is almost always too high, because it carries the urge to win it back.
Three useful questions before a session: how much can I lose without it changing my month? How much time do I have? What do I do when that time runs out?
The tools in your account
Deposit cap. Daily, weekly or monthly. A reduction applies at once; an increase only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Play-time limit. You set a maximum session length. Once it passes the session ends and you cannot sign in again until the next day.
Reality check. At an interval you choose, a panel shows elapsed time and the net result of the current session. It is the simplest tool and often the most effective.
Time-out. From 24 hours to 30 days. The account is frozen, promotional email pauses, withdrawals stay open. A time-out cannot be lifted early.
Self-exclusion. From six months to permanent. The account closes, live bonuses are forfeited and your address leaves every list. No early reopening, whatever the request.
A five-question self-check
- Have you played longer or for more than you intended?
- Have you gone straight back after a loss to recover it?
- Have you borrowed, sold or dipped into savings to fund a deposit?
- Have you played down or hidden your sessions from someone close?
- Does gambling occupy your thoughts between sessions?
Two yes answers justify a time-out; three or more justify contacting one of the services below.
