Peabody are  one of the oldest and largest housing associations in London. Following the merger with Family Mosaic in July 2017, the Peabody Group now owns and manages more than 55,000 homes across London and the South East.

Awbery worked in partnership with Peabody to tailor-make two accredited programmes, aligned with their business strategy and focused on empowering leaders to achieve maximum success and organisational excellence.

OBJECTIVE

To help deliver their strategic objectives they were focusing on strengthening their leadership capability through an internally developed Leadership and Management Programme.

To ensure consistency of the leadership approach and provide the next stage of development for their leaders and managers.

METHODOLOGY

Awbery and Peabody worked together to develop ILM accredited Level 3 and Level 5 programmes, which included workshops on:

  • Time management
  • Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Motivating teams
  • Raising performance
  • Understanding conflict
