Client Case Study

DS Smith is a European leading packaging company of customer-specific packaging and consumer goods.

An ILM L3 Leadership and Management programme was tailored to meet the core values and competencies within the ‘Own It’ culture cascading across the DS Smith business (FTSE 250, British based international packaging company with 26,000 employees). The programme content was aligned with the business needs for all team leaders and supervisors and incorporated the company values throughout the programme.
