Derwent Living is a ‘profit for social purpose’ organisation providing affordable housing to suit a range of lifestyles. Awbery tailored a Heads of Team Development Programme for Derwent Living to equip their leadership team with the skills, knowledge and confidence to reach their leadership potential.

OBJECTIVE

Create high performing, reflective, emotionally intelligent Leaders and demonstrate how organisational behaviour and personal capability impacts on leadership and managerial performance.

Develop personal competencies in addressing organisational behaviour, understanding the qualities of leadership and the impact on and interaction between individuals, teams, and the organisation.

METHODOLOGY

The Programme consisted of seven highly interactive workshops to develop leaders.

FEEDBACK/RESULTS

All participants asked agreed that their personal objectives that were set at the start of the programme had been achieved.
