Awbery designed a bespoke two-day workshop that was delivered on-site to develop a coaching culture for Managers within a business. The course was delivered by Awbery Director, Mary Sisson.

OBJECTIVE

The course objective was to develop coaching skills for managers and enable a coaching style of management to become the norm across the business. This would be a way of developing potential and enhancing performance through coaching conversations thus becoming normal day-to-day practice.

METHODOLOGY

The course consisted of two days of bespoke interactive coaching workshops with the opportunity to practise peer-to-peer coaching.

Day 1: Developing the knowledge, skills and understanding of coaching.

Day 2: Evaluating the impact and application of the coaching and provide further tools and skills for continuous transferred learning throughout the business.

The course was designed to develop both confidence and competence to coach.
