AKA Case Management believes case management is a process that enables traumatically brain-injured clients to put meaning back into their lives. Awbery designed a bespoke ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management course to develop and equip their management team with new knowledge, skills and confidence to increase their leadership potential to deliver their business strategy.

OBJECTIVE

To develop current and potential leadership talent, equipping them with core skills including: Commercial Thinking, Coaching, Innovation and Change.

To provide a forum to further develop the leadership team and encourage peer-to-peer learning.

To achieve a nationally recognised leadership qualification and personal development.

METHODOLOGY

Delivered by a highly experienced, commercial leadership expert, the programme involved eight interactive face-to-face workshops, encompassing action learning to provide solution-focused outcomes that the team could transfer immediately into their leadership role.

The workshops encouraged self-awareness and personal reflection, with group exercises which enabled learning and application to be fully explored.

Personal development and personal action plans were completed throughout the programme.
