Introduction
The Team Leader Programme has recently been introduced to our management development portfolio to reflect the growing importance of the team leader/supervisor/first line manager role. It has been designed with the help of our client companies to focus on the skills required for the increasingly critical team leader position.
The Programme structure of a return to learning/introductory day, followed by two non-residential two-day workshops interspersed with independent but supported study, delivers learning in bite size chunks, encouraging understanding and application in one area before moving on to the next.
The Team Leader Programme will focus on the skills development required to improve the quality of decision making in areas of team performance, cost control and operational delivery.
The Team Leader Programme builds the team leader's effectiveness through:
