Introduction
The Business Management Programme is a business level programme developing managers for a business management role and a wider profile within their companies. At the heart of the Programme's design is Awbery Management's philosophy that management training and development must deliver an immediate payback as well as a pay forward to both the participating business manager and his or her sponsoring organisation.
Our work with clients to identify drags on business performance has shown a consistent competency gap at business manager level, with a consequent lack of sufficient business perspective to effectively contribute to and deliver business strategy.
Our Business Management Programme provides a fast track solution to addressing this competency gap. The Programme is directed at the essential competences required for effective business management.
The three intensive 3, 3 and 4-day residential modules together with supported pre-study and post-study form a uniquely focused Programme delivering immediate benefits to both the participating manager and his or her sponsoring organisation.
The Business Management Programme will:

Eligibility
The Business Management Programme is suitable for participants who have a minimum of five years management experience, hold a business level position and have the potential to achieve a senior/strategic management position. Typically, managers have exposure across the company.
