Eligibility for Funding

If you are a private or third sector business in Wales, you may be eligible for Awbery Management Centre's high impact leadership and management development programmes at a fraction of the normal cost.

Awbery Management Centre is an approved supplier of leadership and management development programmes to the Welsh Government. Through the Welsh Government/ESF's Leadership & Management Development Workshops Programme, we can offer funded and accredited training to private and third sector businesses in Wales.

SMEs must contribute 30% towards the cost of the fixed price workshops. Non-SMEs must contribute 50%. The remainder of the costs are part financed by the European Social Development Fund through the Welsh Government. Welsh Government and ESF terms and conditions apply.

To support your managers gain a qualification, the Welsh Government will also contribute to accreditation costs of up to £100 per participant (SME) and £70 per participant (non SME) on successful completion of the qualification.

Our funding stream is predominantly available to businesses in North and South West Wales but we are able to offer a limited number of our places to businesses in South East and Mid Wales.
