Awbery Management Centre partners with the Welsh Government to provide high impact, funded and accredited leadership and management development programmes to businesses in Wales.

AMC is one of a handful of providers with access to funding from the Welsh Government/ESF’s Leadership and Management Development Workshop Programme, critical to the delivery of the ‘Skills for Wales’ agenda.

To date we have worked with hundreds of companies across Wales at all levels of management, from team leader through to executive boards. Through the Welsh Government/ESF’s Leadership and Management Development Workshop Programme, we are able to offer both highly tailored in-company programmes designed to meet specific organisational needs and public programs open to managers from all organisations.
