    Awbery Management Centre is funding doctoral research into the impact of leadership and management development on an organisation's performance.

    Kirkpatrick's four levels of training evaluation is espoused by many HR professionals but practised by few; very simply because establishing a link between a leadership or management development initiative and improved organisational performance is fraught with difficulty.

    However, understanding the return on investment from leadership development is so important to us that we are currently funding doctoral research into in-depth evaluation.  So watch this space!
