In response to requests from our clients Awbery Management Centre is offering two new public programmes in Autumn 2011 - the Operational Management and Holistic Leadership programmes for middle managers and senior managers respectively.

Additionally, we have created a suite of open programmes specifically for third sector organisations to help them meet the challenges that they face.

Operational Management programme

Our level 5 Operational Management programme concentrates on the skills that enable middle managers to deliver enhanced operational effectiiveness. Based around the key theme of managing change, the programme explores personal competences in communication and interpersonal skills, cultural factors and inhibitors of change, and 'hard' skill change management competencies such as creative thinking and understanding financial viability.

Holistic Leadership programme

The Holistic Leadership programme runs at level 7 and examines leadership in terms of personal motivation, interpersonal skills, group dynamics and organisational context. Each element of the programme combines the latest management thinking with the practical leadership skills that are required to be successful and effective.

Third Sector programmes

Our series of leadership and management development programmes for third sector organisations is available at levels 3, 5 and 7, catering for team leaders through to senior business executives.
