    With courses for team leaders through to experienced business leaders, Awbery Management Centre's open programmes help your managers fulfil their potential and deliver increased performance when they return to the workplace.

    Each management development programme combines leading edge academic theory with practical business application and will help your managers deliver an immediate and positive impact when they return to the workplace. Awbery Management Centre is currently offering the following open courses:

    • Team Leader Programme
    • Operational Management Programme
    • Holistic Leadership Programme
    • Business Leadership Programme      

    Specialist programmes currently offered on a public basis include Sustaining Customer Value, Managing Organisational Information, Leading, Managing and Developing People, Project Organisation and Management. 

    All programmes carry the option of accreditation with either the CMI, ILM, or, for senior managers, the University of Derby at postgraduate MBA level.
