Our open courses attract delegates from larger organisations seeking either a taster of the 'Awbery Management Centre' experience or wishing to take advantage of the opportunity to work and learn alongside managers from other organisations and industry sectors.

Awbery Management Centre's public programmes are also ideally suited to organisations that are not large enough to sustain an in-house company programme yet wish to invest in high-impact leadership and management development.

We also welcome self-funding individuals on our open programmes.
