Inspired by Dr Howard G Awbery's management book 'Pixie Dust - a Tale of High Impact Recruitment and Selection', this free breakfast event is run in partnership with Leadership and Management Wales.

Jane Rawden (Awbery Management Centre Business Development Director - Strategic HR) will take you through a short, interactive session on the concepts behind ‘Pixie Dust’ in high impact recruitment and selection. Jane will present a lively, fun debate with serious messages on:

• How to recruit in line with legislative requirements
• How to find the right person and keep them
• How to balance the right technical skills and the right attitude

There will be group debate, supported by best practice guidance to take away which will inform your recruitment challenges in today’s rollercoaster economic climate.

Funding

Awbery Management Centre is one of a handful of providers with access to funding from the Welsh Government/European Social Fund’s Leadership and Management Development Workshop Programme, critical to the delivery of the ‘Skills for Wales’ agenda.
