We recognise that our tutors are responsible for the 'Awbery Management Centre experience' and we recruit very carefully to ensure that our delivery team has the ability to inspire, motivate and fully develop your participating managers. In addition to requiring highly qualified tutors with proven levels of success in the workplace, we also expect our tutors to recognise and accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
The breadth of our associate tutor base ensures we can select the right tutor(s) for each programme; matching against subject matter, business background and industry sector.
